Facing issues with your payment? We've got you covered. Below are common solutions to transaction failures.

1. Card Declined

If your credit or debit card was declined, please ensure that you have entered the correct CVV and Expiry Date. Also, check with your bank if international or high-value online transactions are enabled.

2. UPI Failures

If you're facing UPI issues, ensure that your UPI linked bank account has sufficient balance and the app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) is updated to the latest version.

Still having trouble?

If your payment was deducted but the order failed, please do not worry. Any amount debited will be automatically refunded back to your account within 48 hours.
